WHO WE ARE

Empire 4 Youth is an innovative mentoring program that works directly with youth and families throughout Alameda County and the surrounding areas.

Empire 4 Youth was founded in 2019 by Paul West. Paul grew up in East Oakland, one of the most dangerous cities in America and has been an active member in his community. Empire 4 Youth concentrates on instilling greatness and influencing virtuous values in our youth.

Empire 4 Youth offers a range of programs for youth in elementary, middle and high school.

By offering youth a supportive and positive community, Empire 4 Youth helps build confidence and excellence. We empower youth to make healthy choices by staying out of gangs, using drugs, recognizing signs of human trafficking and all other negative activites that may impact their childhood, their future and how they view the world.

About Us

Welcome to Empire 4 Youth! We are a non-profit youth program in Oakland CA with a clear goal of keeping the youth off the streets. We are here to point you in the right direction of low-income youth programs and low income after schools programs.

Whether you are a parent, a sister, a brother, a grandparent, a friend, or just a good neighbor who wants the best for a specific youngster then you came to the right place. Find one of many low-income youth programs in Oakland CA and make the necessary arrangments. By now, we all know that youngsters need a powerful, supportive, and well-behaved peer group to make steering through this confusing period of life a bit easier. And this is exactly why we started Empire 4 Youth – we want to help as many youngsters find a great supportive peer group that they deserve. A group that they will fit in and feel accepted. A group that will bring the best in them and will help them stay on the right track and off the streets.

Here at Empire 4 Youth, we are developing a wide range of programs, which all have one thing in common – to keep kids off the streets and provide them with a feeling of acceptance and belonging that they much need and yearn for.
